Maitz was created to make information about artificial intelligence and technology accessible, in English and in Hebrew. These are the principles that guide our work on the content of this site. Maitz is operated by Nisim; you can read more on our About page.

Official sources only

Prices, plans, features and availability are checked only against official sources: the company’s pricing page, help center, documentation, official blog and privacy policy. A company’s claim is presented as that company’s claim. When information is unverified or uncertain, we say so, and anything we could not verify stays out of the article.

We name our sources in a list at the end of each article. Every price carries the date we checked it and is shown in the currency the company publishes. We do not convert currencies or estimate local prices the company has not published.

Reviews, tests and first looks

Every review makes clear whether it is based on hands-on testing or on official documentation only. When we describe a test, we note the date, the conditions and the limitations. A first-look review that did not involve using the tool is labeled at the top with a note explaining that it is based on documentation and what was not tested, and it does not get a score. Our full testing method is explained on our How we test page.

Updates and corrections

Prices, features and availability change, so we update articles and show the update date. Found a mistake? Send the article link and the detail that needs checking to press@maitz.co.il or through our contact page. Any material error we find will be corrected, and the article will carry a correction note with the date and a short explanation. New information will be distinguished from a correction of wrong information. Spelling and formatting fixes do not require a separate note.

Affiliate links and commercial transparency

Some articles include affiliate links. Each one is marked as sponsored in the page code, with a visible note next to it explaining that Maitz may earn a commission if you sign up through it, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links do not affect our findings or the prices we report, and the fact that a tool appears on the site does not mean it has been tested hands-on. Sponsored content, if we ever publish it, will be clearly labeled.

Use of artificial intelligence

AI tools help us with research, drafting and editing. A model’s output is not evidence on its own, so fact-checking relies on official sources. Our content must not claim personal experience, interviews or hands-on testing that did not take place. Content under collective bylines such as “AI Desk” is created and edited with AI assistance, as explained on our About page.
